Garlic lovers, do we have a treat for you! If you love garlic as much as we do, and we really do love it, then this lemon garlic marinade recipe is one that will surely have your taste buds jumping with joy!
2 Medium Cloves of Garlic
½ Medium Red Bell Pepper
1 Small Shallot
The Juice of 1 Lemon
¼ Cup of Olive Oil
1-2 Drops of Soy Sauce (you only need a tiny bit)
4 Servings of Raw Chicken
Start by adding the olive oil, lemon juice, and soy sauce (remember to just use a tiny bit) into a zip-lock bag.
Next, grate your garlic, your red bell pepper, and the shallot using the Cooks Innovations Ceramic Grater Plate. The Grater Plate allows the garlic, pepper, and shallots to be pureed so that the meat absorbs the flavors more effectively. It is also quick and easy to use, making this cooking experience the best that it can be!
Then, add the garlic, the shallot, and the red pepper (only add the pulp, we don’t need the skin) to your zip-lock bag. Seal your zip-lock bag and mix the ingredients well. Add your chicken to the marinade and place in the fridge overnight and you’re all done!
The next day simply remove your chicken from the marinade and cook it however you want!
