Shipping Information

All orders are typically processed within 24 hours and shipped via Ground services or USPS. Orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday are processed the following work day.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total value of merchandise ordered before sales tax and according to the following schedule:

The free shipping promotion may be a limited time promotion and applies only to qualifying orders shipping to a single address in the contiguous U.S.

These shipping charges include order processing, item picking, handling, packaging and transportation costs.

Depending on where you live and day of the week you placed your order, you should expect to receive it between 1 and 10 days. All orders are shipped from Florida. Please allow sufficient time when shopping for Holiday gifts.

We regret that we cannot accept orders to APO and FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.

We ship to the contiguous USA only.

We regret that we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.

Checks and money orders are accepted with orders received through the mail.

Sales Tax

Sales tax in the amount of 6% is charged to all orders shipping to a Florida address and is calculated on the value of the merchandise only.

Order tracking

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is being processed. That email will contain your unique order reference number. When your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email that may contain the tracking number. You can review the status of your shipment online, or you can call our Customer Service Dept at 877-381-7259.

Returns and Exchanges

We will do everything we can to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with our product, just return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the product is defective or if an error was made on our part.
Returns and exchanges need to be accompanied by the original packing slip and the reason for the return. They need to be shipped pre-paid to:

Refunds

Refunds are posted to the original credit card used to place the order. Expect to see the refund on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles.

We review our website continuously and try to ensure all information is accurate and correct.
