Shipping policy

All orders are typically processed within 24 hours and shipped via Ground services or USPS. Orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday are processed the following work day.

The free shipping promotion may be a limited time promotion and applies only to qualifying orders shipping to a single address in the contiguous U.S.

These shipping charges include order processing, item picking, handling, packaging and transportation costs.

Depending on where you live and day of the week you placed your order, you should expect to receive it between 1 and 10 days. All orders are shipped from Florida. Please allow sufficient time when shopping for Holiday gifts.

We regret that we cannot accept orders to APO and FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.

We ship to the contiguous USA only.
