Summer and Sangria go together like peanut butter and jelly! And truly, it’s not summer until you can sit back and enjoy the sun with a cold glass of this mouthwatering goodness! So with that in mind, here is an easy recipe to try this summer.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- An apple
- A pear
- Apricot brandy
- Champagne (of your choice)
- A mixing bowl

Now that you have everything, we are going to start off by cutting up half of an apple and half of a pear. Place the chunks in a bowl and toss in some cinnamon.
Once that is done, add in a few ounces of apricot Brandy (the brand of your choice) and let that concoction sit for a few hours.
After letting the mixture sit for a few, excruciating, hours, here comes the fun part! Take a ladle or spoon and add a small scoop of the fruits and brandy to your champagne and BAM, life just got a little better! Now all you have to do is serve and enjoy!
